If you try to count the number of books available for iit jee in the market you might count till the end of your life.
I thought i'll sort a few things out.
Here's a list of the best set of books for iitjee preperation.
* I dont say studying these books will assure your selection in the iits but it'll surely make it easier!
Maths:
1.Calculus : Amit Agarwal (arihant publications) Differential and Integral calculus.
2.Co-ordinate , Algerbra , Trigo : M.L Khanna
Physics:
1.HC Verma
2.DC Pandey (objective)
(DC pandey subjective is also a good book , but not needed)
Chemistry:
1.Physical : RC Mukherji
2.Inorganic: CBSE text book and OP Agarwal (*not OP Tandon)
3.Organic : Jagdamba Singh (without ambiguity)
Tip : many have the notion "lots of books = High ranks". that's rubbish.
just stick to one book per topic. If you pick up say organic, stick to one book and dont try to switch.
Brilliant's YG file and FIITJEE's GMP is recommended if you dont go for any coaching classes.
All the best for your preperarions.
