Friendship?

Hi mates!

Each time i search for a topic to write a blog about, someone or the other puts up a GOOD question and i find it difficult to resist my self and i end up here in front of the PC - typing.

I was browsing the net without any true purpose.
Boredom was all over me. So bored that even a class of algebra would have seemed exciting! (ah... i think that was over exaggeration... but i guess u get a feel of my situation!)

I turned to facebook again.
It didn't fail me this time either.
I caught up with a friend on chat.
It started off with those same old traditional questions ... how are u? all's well ... blah blah blah... (i don't get the purpose of these questions actually! Do you think a person suffering a life threatening disease wud be there chatting with u?? then where's the need of the question ... "how are u?").

To be honest i myself asked those very questions out of formality if not out of care!
Same old questions... Same old answers!

But my friend has always been a bouquet of surprises.
She kept up her reputation.
the chat changed moods... topics were into territories which few would CHAT about.

"What is the most important thing for u in life?", She asked.
I still dont know the answer... but i replied that my friends were my biggest strenghts...

That led to the question which prompted me to write this blog ...
"Define friendship."
This chat was getting as tough as a chemistry viva!

Friendship .... i wondered...

Friendship .... i wondered again!...

Nothing solid came to my mind but the faces of the mischievous boys and the calm looking girls...

Friendship...

Making our mates pay for our cooldrink, riding on their bike, playing with them, and those ever lasting gappas ...
Is that friendship?

If i had my way, that would be the definition of friendship in the Oxford dictionary.

But as always... I never have my way...

"Friendship is a mutual relationship wherein the two (or more) involved have a feeling of trust , love and affection between them." I read in the dictionary.

If you didn't understand what is written above... Dont worry - I'm with you!

Yaar, friendship is that where u are comfortable with ur friend.
U help your friend , your friend helps you.
U share joy or happiness with him/her and ready to listen to their sorrows.
U always trust your friend without a second thought.
(don't think i'm getting too emotional or something... I'm still normal)

Friendship is that which remains when one has lost everything else!

well that's my reply to the question my friend asked, i guess.

Apart from all this, there's one thing I realized while writing this blog...
...

...

...

...

"FRIENDSHIP CAN'T BE DEFINED "

*That gives u an indication ... this blog was actually pointless, as the question it revolved about goes unanswered!

The time machine has been INVENTED!

hi mates!

A few days back i was talking to a class 2 child.
Somehow , the question arose... "what would u like to become when u grow up Daksh?".
He said "I want to become a scientist... I will invent the Time machine!".
This statement from a little kid startled me. It startled me for 2 reasons.
1. that there are a few kids today (very few though) who aspire to be scientists and not cricketers or actors.
2. It brought to my mind the question which many ask - "Can time be captured? Can it be brought under the control of us,Humans?"

Why are we so eager to develop a TIME MACHINE?
Is it because we want to get rid of our bad times quickly?
or spend ages when we are happy?
or is it because we do not have the courage to meet a few circumstances but love the times when we are at our peaks?

Well... I don't care what the reason is.
We just want a time machine and we can't wait for Daksh to bring that around!

Later the same day, i caught up with one of my old friends on facebook chat.
I had never seen her for a long long time , but yet we chatted like we had always done ,years ago. The poems we wrote, the class debates, group activities of primary school all came dashing into my memory like a flash flood and wiped me off.
The class used to decorated the class room on the teacher's birthday with all craft-stuff and i was forced to sit in a corner. I never got a chance to prove my talent in crafts!( I had none , so no regrets!)
We used to have inter class drama competitions among the three sections ...
Our class invariably ended up 2nd. I thought that was the best position to be in - not loosers and not winners.
Speaking of drama we had lots of it in school.
Some are those which you would have no interest reading about...
and others personal - which i would not like to talk about....
which ever may be the case talking about them is not necessary...

More important is the fact my old friend had taken me back in time.
She had converted my modest scratchy PC into a time machine which took me long back in time.

My dear Daksh... if you ever read this... the TIME MACHINE has already been invented!!

Mates if u ever get a chance to transform this very computer into a TM , please dont hesitate... Try it ... u'll love it!!

Ideal books for iitjee

Hi mate!
If you try to count the number of books available for iit jee in the market you might count till the end of your life.
I thought i'll sort a few things out.
Here's a list of the best set of books for iitjee preperation.
* I dont say studying these books will assure your selection in the iits but it'll surely make it easier!

Maths:
1.Calculus : Amit Agarwal (arihant publications) Differential and Integral calculus.

2.Co-ordinate , Algerbra , Trigo : M.L Khanna

Physics:
1.HC Verma
2.DC Pandey (objective)
(DC pandey subjective is also a good book , but not needed)

Chemistry:
1.Physical : RC Mukherji
2.Inorganic: CBSE text book and OP Agarwal (*not OP Tandon)
3.Organic : Jagdamba Singh (without ambiguity)

Tip : many have the notion "lots of books = High ranks". that's rubbish.
just stick to one book per topic. If you pick up say organic, stick to one book and dont try to switch.

Brilliant's YG file and FIITJEE's GMP is recommended if you dont go for any coaching classes.

All the best for your preperarions.

IIT JEE and AIEEE

Finally the competitive exams have come to an end with only BITS left among the important entrance exams.
preparing for iit jee / aieee is a tough job. one has to keep up the pace , precision , and perfection during the entire 2 year duration of preparation for the exams.
during my entire 2 year course at "RJ Brothers education" , Vadodara i have learnt so much.
if you are a class 11 or 12 student , u may want to read my blogs in the immediate future as i would be posting what one should and what one shouldn't during his/her preperation.
i would be doing a bit of research and telling the iit aspirants what they should be studying and how they should go about the preparations.

* if u are thinking as to who i am,
well i am a class 12 student who has done quiet well in iit and aieee.
